What we collect

Very little. The site has no forms and asks for no data. We set no tracking cookies, build no profiles and pass nothing to anyone. We only measure anonymous statistics: how many people open the pages and how fast they load.

Hosting and statistics

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any server, Vercel receives the IP address of whoever opens a page, so it can deliver it.

Vercel also collects the anonymous statistics, through Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. For every page opened they record the page address, where you came from, the approximate country and city, the device type, operating system, browser and loading times. To count unique visitors, Vercel computes a code from the browser request and deletes it automatically after 24 hours; the data is not tied to your IP address or to you.

We use them to know which pages are useful and what needs to load faster. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What your browser remembers

One thing only: the theme you picked, dark or light. It is stored locally in your browser under the key “gu-theme”. It never reaches us and says nothing about who you are. It disappears when you clear the site's data.

The fonts are served from our own server, not fetched from Google. Opening a page announces nothing to anyone outside.

What loads from others

The map is a Google Maps frame and loads only once it comes near the screen. At that point Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own policy.

TikTok clips do not start on their own. Only when you press one does the TikTok player load, and TikTok then receives your IP address and may set cookies.

The badge in the footer loads a short video from gr-ai.ro, on every page.

Orders are placed on Bolt Food, where their policy applies, not ours.

If you write or call

You give us your contact details. We keep them as long as we need to reply, and use them for nothing else.

Your rights

The statistics are anonymous: they cannot tell us who you are, so there is nothing for us to show, correct or erase. If you have written to us and want the message deleted, say so at hello@gusturban.ro.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may address the Romanian data protection authority at dataprotection.ro.
