Where is Gust Urban in Constanța?
Gust Urban has two locations in Constanța. The first is inside the Avi Garden complex, on Bulevardul Aurel Vlaicu 325C (postcode 900498), in the Tomis Nord area: you'll find us in the food court, on the ground floor. The second is on Bulevardul Tomis 109 (postcode 900669), in the city centre, and opened on 2 October 2026.
What are Gust Urban's opening hours?
It depends on the location. Avi Garden is open every day from 08:00 to 22:00, with last orders at 21:45. Tomis 109 is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 22:00, and closed on Mondays. Bolt Food delivers from Avi Garden between 10:30 and 22:20.
How much is a burger at Gust Urban?
A burger is 23 lei Single, 35 lei Double and 45 lei Triple, or 30 lei with crispy chicken thigh. Only Supreme Bacon is 4 lei more. Any burger becomes a meal for 15 lei more, with 150 g of L fries and a 330 ml drink. Prices are the same at both locations.
How do I order delivery from Gust Urban?
You can order through Bolt Food with delivery across Constanța, or call us directly on 0724 268 790 for take-away. Bolt Food delivery runs between 10:30 and 22:20.
What is a smash burger and how is it different?
A smash burger is made by pressing the ball of beef onto a screaming-hot griddle instead of shaping it beforehand. Direct contact with the metal creates a caramelised crust — the Maillard reaction — which gives the deep flavour and crisp edges. Ours come Single, Double or Triple, with one, two or three 75 g patties, cooked to order.
Do you have a children's menu?
We don't have a separate children's menu. The smallest portions are a slider, at 17 lei, at Tomis 109, and the Smart, at 20 lei: 2 tenders, fries and a sauce. The slider becomes a meal with fries and a drink for 15 lei more; the Smart can come with a 250 ml Pepsi for 7 lei more.
What spicy options do you have?
Hotshot, with cocktail and hotshot sauce, jalapeños and crispy onion, comes as a burger, in every size, and as a slider at Tomis 109. The Loaded Fries and the Mac and Cheese come in a Hotshot version too, and tenders can be Nashville Hot, at the same price as Original.
What sauces do you have and what do they cost?
Ten sauces, chosen by us from the Belgian producer Manna: House Sauce, Cheddar, Garlic, Mammouth, Mayo, Ketchup, Hotshot, Truffle, Tzatziki, BBQ. An extra sauce is 5 lei for 50 ml; the 265 ml bottle is 20 lei.
Do you have a loyalty card?
Yes. The Gust Urban loyalty card gives 10% off any order in our restaurant, any time, and is reserved for a limited number of regulars. Details on the Loyalty card page or at the counter.
Can I eat in?
Yes. Gust Urban has seating in the Avi Garden food court, with access to the complex car park. We also do take-away and delivery.
